Combining multiple file through Union

Question

Hi 
I am trying to combine 13 file from different company , with similar column names. But when I use union tool all files are combined but it is difficult to know which company it belongs to.

Is there a way to add a column in beginning with respective company name ? So if Company "A AA" has 80 rows of data all the 80 rows should have a column having company  "AAA"  in the beginning.

@Shivani1195 as @JosephSerpis mentioned use the output file name as field options from the input tool

Hi @Shivani1195 can you not select Output File name as column in your Input Data tools that way for your 13 files you would have the filename for each and that would carry through to the Union tool?
