Error - File not found

Question

The Workflow throws "File not found" error even when that necessary input file is present in the exact location from where it is being read., was happening for 2 files, but when I restarted my device the 2nd error went away, but this one file is still not being read. Don't know what to do, open to suggestions.

Is file saved in Cloud or file was saved with any restrictions?

were you able to access the shared drive when Alteryx gave you file not found error?

Hello,

It is a shared network drive and the file format is .xlxs, I haven't yet check another format for the same file.
