Move Data by column/row depending on input

Hello,

I have FTE data for each quarter year i.e. 2021-Q1. I want move it by quarter to understand the impact by 1Q delay - depending on the input of the user on tableau interface. Eg: If the user chooses 'Delay' the FTE data should move by a quarter in Alteryx. i.e. the data from 2021-Q1 moves automatically to 2021-Q2 and so on.

Any help would be appreciated. I have been struggling with this for the longest time now

Thank you @Qiu Can this be dynamic according to the user input? I am not sure if I have to move it by 2 quarters I might have to repeat the process.
