Filling the form with data from other excel

Dear colleagues,

I would like to ask you for the advice regarding such project:

I have the "Form" file which needs to be filled in with the data from the other excel file ("Input")

Certain combinations of columns Document type and Tx from the "Input" file, will result in filling gross amount in predefined position in the  "Form" file. I am attaching both files.

E.G For example Document type A combined with Tx - Z should have a result of filling Gross amount in position 8b.5 in the form

Could you please guide how this mapping file should like like?

For Example I know that  Document type A combined with Tx - Z should have a result of filling Gross amount in position 8b.5 in the form.

If you have a mapping file which guides what goes where maybe we will be able to pull in the data.

I dont think this is the kind of work that alteryx is good at...😂
