Creating pivot table with multiple column conditions

Question

I have some data that I am trying to create a layout with 2 column criteria (company & period).  I am struggling to get both at same time.

This file will by dynamic, since it will grow each time a period is added to the input data.

I also want to create a few subtotals at the bottom that will become part of the table.  I color coded the data to ease with following the layout.

Maybe this solution maybe better working in other tools like excel and power query/pivot.

only point you will need for this is to transfer the color to a column with a flag.

Even we can make something as you desired, it will involve some brutal force and the best thing Alteryx is good at.
