Subtraction between 2 spreadsheets

Question

I am importing 2 spreadsheets into a project.  Both sheets have the same column names and several of the same values in the columns except for a column called count.  I'm looking to subtract the count from sheet 2 from the count in sheet 1 where all of the colums
