Reading CSV format

I would like to ask how can we read the csv format for the file below. I currently using macro to read all the file.

However, this csv i generated from system. So i also wondering on how to fix the issue for long time.

May i know how to change the format into readable format without the " ".

Could you share with me the workflow ?

@SH_94 your .csv file has some problem, in order to review the data please use the below settings and verify the data
