Want to assign a column value based on another cell value input

Hi I have a data set (Please see attached) where in I have given the expected output. I have a column with "Ok" and "Not ok" I want the "Start Date" column to be filled the Status column with "Ok" with "Not ok" "Start date" for a given number. Can you please help
