Input Data Error or Bug : Invalid MID/MIF Error

I am having difficulty in figuring out the reason behind this "Invalid MID/MIF Error".

I have been inputting around 10 different MIF files and on some MIF Files this error comes up. 

Weird thing is that when re-running the WF, the error comes up on different input files. 

Has anyone else encountered this error or know any fixes?

Possibly an memory issue as each input file is around (~0.5GB) but my PC should have enough memory.

I am having this same issue - curious if a solution was found to this problem.  Like the OP, the error is inconsistent (not always the same file, does not appear to be related to input file size, etc.).  Appreciate any tips to work around this!
