Workflow Execution History Missing after Server Upgrade

Question

Hi All,

After the server upgrade to 2021.3.3, my users are unable to see the workflow execution history, and I as an admin am, able to see the history (please find attached)

On the previous version, they are able to see it (tested it on dev). I tried changing user roles, did the clear cache routine on the new version but they did not work.

Any thoughts on how do I go about debugging this?

Hi,

I don't know if this is what you are looking for.

On the server there is an menu item on the workflow for Workflow Settings:

In this screen there is an option for "Others can view this workflow's history"

Or is it that the users' can't see their own history?

We just upgraded to 21.4 and are running into the exact same issue. Did you find a solution?
