How to output an Excel file with drop down lists?

Hello I am creating a workflow that will output an excel template with about 10 columns at the end of the data. They are named, but all of the values in these columns are blank.

Is there a way I can design a portion of the workflow in Alteryx that will create drop down lists for the users to select from in the output file?

@MJ54 Are the dropdown values static? If you're outputting to a template you could try having the dropdowns preset and just have the alteryx output populate a specific range of the workbook and keep the rest of the formatting.

What you are looking for is excel data validation feature which is not available to do in Alteryx.

To clarify, I want to see if there is a way I can say something like “column x” at the end of the data will have all cells with drop down lists with preset values the user can select from
