Question

Hi Team I want to build a academic year from the date of birth and the solution should be in the below format - how to get he academic year as year 3 , year 2 and so on

* Year 1 is anyone born after 1st Sept 2014 
* Year 2 is anyone born between 1st Sept 2013 and 31st Aug 2014 etc
* Year 3 is anyone born between 1st Sept 2012 and 31st Aug 2013 etc
