Dynamically sum previous months based on month selected

Hi All,

Looking solution for below problem statement. 

Based on user selection need to sum previous months value and update upcoming months.

Eg : User has selected month as September then sum the value from Jan till Sep and update Oct, Nov, Dec as 0.

I have attached sample data along with example.
