The SAP Document Read tool can extract attachments in any of the SAP supported MIME type formats including texts, images, audio, video and applications including PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.
The sample workflow uses the Table Data tool to search for and extract a list of Accounting Documents from the Accounting Document Header table, BKPF.
The Accounting Document numbers extracted are then passed to the SAP Document Read tool which extracts the attachments for the selected Accounting Documents.
