How to remove incremental records after join

Hello:

I have two excel files. One input has to match with another. At the end output records should be matched with the first base file. I have used the Unique tool.  Still, I could see almost double records in the output. How could I manage the records that are equal to data inputs and output?

Hi @Kinetic_analytics

Your data is confusing and seems like there is no valid match for the vlookup. You can use find and replace tool it works like excel vlookup and should prevent duplication.
