Finding Unique ID's in a single day

Hi,

 I have a table ( for example : Date and ID's are the columns). I would like to know how to find the unique Id's in a single day.. same ID must repeat in same day and other days.. but I need user ID to show only one time for one day... if next day has same user ID again means, then i need to show that as well..
