Alteryx Scheduler and authentication methods.

Hi Dear Community Members, 

 

I am testing a SharePoint connector on the Alteryx scheduler, and I am unsure if a specific authentication method can work on the scheduler. 

 

My question is if the scheduler can use the sign-in browser option for the authentication method. 

 

Propably the answer is no, but I couldn't find a clear answer on the community. By the way, to be crystal clear, I am not referring to a server but an Alteryx scheduler.

Your suspicion is correct. 

As the Scheduler is running in an automated fashion, there is no way for it to then have the interactivity in allowing the user to sign-in via the browser.

If you are wanting to automate the workflow you would need to use one of the other 3 options:
