This Analytic App demonstrates how Alteryx can produce a strategic financial assessment of a retail store using sample store information.
The App outputs a map of the store and its trade area, along with a report of Capital Investments, Operational Projections, Investment Quality and Store Information/ Demographics. Included are strategic finance metrics like NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return).
