How to calculate time difference among consecutive rows?

I have a table with transactional data so, each row is a transactions.

I need to calculate the time difference between two consecutive rows.

I have this sample

deviceid	user	date
2	1	2015-11-30 03:17:04
2	1	2015-11-30 03:17:08
