Conditional IF statement ,"Not Assigned"

I cannot figure out the following conditional function in formula. 

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(X2, Task List Report - Active  Template.xlsx]ALL Active Tasks'!$E:$T,16,FALSE),IFERROR(VLOOKUP(X2, Completed Cases Detail'!$E:$P,12,FALSE),"Not Assigned"))

HEy @Kinetic_analytics ,

1. VLOOKUP(X2, Task List Report - Active  Template.xlsx]ALL Active Tasks'!$E:$T,16,FALSE)

2. If you have an error in the previous, do VLOOKUP(X2, Completed Cases Detail'!$E:$P,12,FALSE)

3. If you have an error also, then write "Not Assigned"
