Can Run command tool be used in Alteryx Server

Hi

I am using run command tool in my workflow. I came across in Alteryx community that run command is prohibited in Analytics Gallery due to the numerous possible configurations and the actions that can be performed.

Can we use run command in the workflows if we are using our own  private gallery ?

I would like to ask how to know if my gallery is in safe mode.
And how to change it.
