Users running workflows from collections

Question

Hi I am new to alytrex so sorry if this is a dumb question. I have made collections for sensitive workflows that I only want certain users to be able to run but even if I add them to the collection they can only run the workflow if I make it public to the gallery. How can I keep the workflow from the home tab and allow users to run it.

Hello @Inactive User ,

You need to make sure that the users that you want to share the workflows with have member permission on the gallery. Without those they won't be able to run them.
