Access Update Query in Alteryx

How do you do an update to a file in Alteryx? I am trying to automate a process that is run in an Access database. There are several update queries and I have tried the find and replace, joins etc, etc,. Does anyone have any examples. I have searched the community and google and have not found anything useful.

To update an existing field in an Access table, you could use a formula tool, at the most basic level.  Although I suspect your Access update queries would require a bit more complex process like other data blending steps first before the update.  Do you have examples (with fake data of course) or a little more detail?
