Not able to activate the trial version of Intelligence Suite

Hi,

I am not able to activate the trial version of Intelligence Suite in the laptop.

Using non-admin licensed version of Alteryx Designer 2021.3.3. Upgraded Alteryrx designer from 2021.1 to 2021.3.3. 

Downloaded same version of Intelligence Suite from this link.

Have these installed in my system

When I tried to activate the trial version of Intelligence Suite, the screen shows, ‘Trial Activated’ but it shows “Failed to retrieve the license information for trial activation’ before showing this screen. Not able to capture that error as it goes off in few seconds. 

I want to use Computer Vision tools. But, all the tools are locked.

Will these be unlocked once the trial license of Intelligence Suite is activated? Has anyone encountered similar issue? How to resolve this issue?

Hello @priya_mohana_dhl ,

In the options menu, if you go inside and access the manage options setting, what licenses are you able to see there? Are you able to access the rest of the intelligence suite?
