Set workflow credentials option is not shown in alteryx designer

Hi,

One of my users is trying to save a workflow from her alteryx desktop in our gallery but it doesn't give her the option to set workflow credentials, I confirmed she has logged in gallery, she has access to the collection and she is user of the credential she wants to use but the option simply doesn't appear, we are using version 2020.4 could you please help?

A very weird behaviour then 🤔 The only thing I can think of is to ask the user to close and open designer once again and try saving a simple workflow to the gallery.

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt reply, I'm already set so the users can select their credentials, but below's is the only user with this issue, the rest can select the credentials

You need to activate the option in the gallery configuration to show in designer.
