Designer: Headers getting truncated

Question

Hi Guys,

I was using the input tool to ingest a sample data. However the headers doesn't seem to be reading in full and is getting truncated. I have attached a screenshot and a small excel file.

Hi @Ajin10 ,

There is a 256 character limit on headers within Alteryx. However you can read the file in with "First Row Contains Data" to possibly circumvent this. Hope this helps.

Interesting use case you are right there seems to be a limit for char length in header.
