Extracting data

Question

Hi, I am working on a workflow where I have taken input using wildcard for multiple files (33 files).

Now from that I want to extract data contained between text summary Report and Rule summary report as attached below. But this should be extracted for all the 33 files that I have taken.

Any help on how to do that?
