Server login - email/password incorrect on only my machine

Hi!

I'm trying to access my company's private gallery server through Alteryx Designer for the first time, and I'm getting a notification that the email/password is incorrect. However, when I login through my Chrome web browser, my login works. Also, when my coworker uses my credentials on his machine, he can login to the private gallery through his Alteryx Designer.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'm posting in server because it feels like a Server and not an Alteryx designer question. Please let me know if I should move this over to Designer.
