Compering 2 tables

Hello.
I have to compare 2 tables regarding to changes in them ( every differences which appear). Results of changes need to be shown in separate table or as flag in other column.
I try to use Multi row formula but no success.
I'm stuck. Could you please help me to solve this issue.

My aim is to get something like this:

In red I have marked the original data and in green what has been changed taking into account the data from tables 1 and 2.

There are 4 changes between the first and second table:
-row 3 - in the code - (from 85546 to 85545)
-row 8 - in the tekst - ("magnets" appeared instead of "books")
- row 11 - in the tekst and flag (flag EDL appeared and the text "books")

I would like to pull in a separate column where the changes occurred considering columns B,C,D
