Automatically Update a Range when a Parameter Changes

Wanting to get your help on below:

Is there a more elegant way to automatically update the range (in yellow) when the parameter (the first two formulas) is changes.

I' be happy to upload the workflow however, as you can see below, it is quite extensive...
