Generate rows?

Hi 

I want a list of all Mondays, Wednsdays, and Fridays in a given year based on the input data.

So lets say its the 17-09-2021, then the first of january is 01-01-2021.

From 01-01-2021 i want a list of all Mondays, Wednsdays, and Fridays with a record id?

Ive attached what I tried, but my itteration is wrong 😕
