Auto Files being created in Workflow Folder After Alteryx New Version Installation

Question

Have Upgraded to the latest Version of Alteryx 2021.3.

After Upgrading, i see that some files are created automatically in the Folder where my Workflows are stored.

Also i am working on Remote Desktop, which gets disconnected automatically giving Socket Timed Out Error and especially this issue has started after upgrading to the Latest Version.
Files being created in the Folder where WFs are there.

For the temp files, you should check your configuration settings in Alteryx, but also if you fully close down Alteryx do the folders still exist ?

The RDC dropouts, I don't know how this can be related to an Alteryx version
