Alteryx Starter Kit for Tableau install on Server without Internet Access

Hi all

I run an Alteryx Server 11.5 and want to install the Tableau tools. I have no Internet access on the server. Therefore I have downloaded the "Starter_Kit_for_Tableau.exe" (214 MB)

I have unzipped it on the server. When I start the DataInstall.exe I get following error message. And nothng happens more. How can I install the Tableau tools on this server ? Is there a trick ?
