Filter a survey

I hope someone could please be able to help me.

I am trying to filter a survey in alteryx.

I haven't done it before and it would be nice if you could suggest me a source to see an example. However, at the moment i have this content in one cell.

How could I separate it in order to make sense.

This is what i kind of have in Alteryx.

Also, I think that this output it is understandable for the rest of the questions. The only question which I do not know which is the best way to present it is the highlighted one. I tried the text to columns but for some reason it shows me this error.
