I am trying to format the columns which will be added newly. I should change the color of the number to red if it is negative or else it should be black. Can anyone please help me with this. Thanks in advance!!!

If you get any issues with that, you can use the formula option and apply it to the _CurrentField_ field.

In the report table tool you can apply formatting on "Unknown Fields" so once the new columns come in, they will have this formatting applied to it.

As @CarliE you can need to configure column rule on an unkown column refer the snapshot.
