Summarize and Count

Dear all,

As you can see from the sample file attached, I want to have in the output the data of period from 1/8/2021 to 31/8/2021 how many Eastern, Western, Low-fat, Keto and Bukhari of Package premium and the same for package Express. Also, I want to have the sum of prices of the same period from 1/8/2021 to 31/8/2021.

I have one more question, as you can see in the picture below, I don't know why the summarize tool doesn't do the sum for the "عدد الوجبات" Even though as you can see in the output record number 2 and 3 has the same columns of group by but the values of "عدد الوجبات" are not summed !
