Find Replace not returning what I want?

Hi, could someone kindly explain to me why for the sample data & configuration below, I don't get EA 82449 also in rows 1 through 3 of the output?

What i'm trying to achieve is search if Dr. for that particular row is present anywhere in entire Co Acct list, if so, then return the Dr. in that row.

I think we need to swap the configuration as below.

The Find Replace tool looks for any portion of a string that matches values in an incoming lookup list, and replaces those values with another string, also from the incoming list.

Note that the Find and Replace strings must come from "R" input of the Find Replace tool, typically with a Text Input containing manually entered values.
