Converting single column into rows

Hi All,

I have a dataset, where it gives sale of 3 product based on different months.

I want to convert the Months column into rows so products are not duplicated for each month.

I have attached an excel file to this and also sheet 2 contains the expected output.

Help is much appreciated

Hi @ArnabSengupta

I can't find the month column from your sample file.

But according to the Desired Output, I made the sample workflow.

Step is as follows.

1. I filled the empty value of "Order number" and "Product number" by using Multi-row formula.

2. I made the field of Make1~3 by using Tile tool.

3. After that, I used the Cross Tab into desired output.

Please check the attached workflow. If you have any question, let me know.

Here's my approach that includes all calendar months, including those not present in your data(without sales), and; with columns in left-right order (Jan-Dec)...assuming that you will require that.
