Output Tool/File Path Error/Alteryx Package

Question

Hi All. I currently have packaged one of my workflows and sent it to a client. Every time they open the file as a package they receive the below errors. It looks to me like the 'Externals_4' folder created is working but the other ones are not and showing red. I have updated all paths to be relative so I am not sure why this error is happening. I have not seen this with other clients.

When they try to run my workflow as a package all the output files produce an error even though I have set them as a relative path.

Any ideas why this is happening? I have not seen this before.

Hi @NRD ,

Can you try all paths to be relative before packaging the workflow.

You can do that by traversing to the below menu option:-

Options - Advanced Options-Workflow Dependencies - All Relative
