I trying the Email Tool as shown in attachment. However I am getting the message
What am I doing wrong?
I figured my issue needs support from Internal IT as when I tried SMTP using PowerShell as shown in the below link I was not successful.

It's difficult to say without the data. Your tool looks well configured.
Is there only one recipient per row ?
Does the mail address exist ?
Yes one recipient per row, and email id exists.
I tried two variations (a) internal email id in first row and external in second (b) vice versa

Did you try directly giving the email ids in the To and CC field? did that work?
Have you the possibility to share data extract or your workflow ?
Try only internal mail id and only external mail id.
Have you tired it with just the internal email id's?. I ask as sometime the settings on your SMTP server might block external emails.
I tried to replicate something similar with just the internal id's and it worked.
Can you possibly share a sample workflow?
