Duplicating Rows While Changing Year

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to duplicate rows, while advancing the year value in my dataset. 

This is the dataset that I am starting with:

This is what I would like to end up with:

I am able to copy the new rows using the Generate Rows tool, but I am unsure how to advance the year forward in a loop in the Generate Rows tool. 

I have attached the dataset input and output to the post. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
