Combine multiple Excel files with different sheet names

I am trying to combine multiple Excel files in Alteryx Designer

All Excel Files have the same fields and a single worksheet but the worksheet name may be different for each file

I also want to be able to add the filename as a field in the output file so I can determine the original source for each line

For file name just make sure input tool or dynamic input tool to give file name.
