Add data into existing table

Hi ,

I am looking to find a way to add 4 rows of data into an existing table in alteryx. Is it possible to do this in alteryx without the need to create an excel sheet and then union it with the existing table.Please advise.

Or is there a way to create a table in alteryx and union it ? I need this because the number of rows in the main table would vary depending on the data volumes.
