Looking for a single value in the Output column

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement in which I want , to have a column in which if b comes before a in the row wise evaluation corresponding to ID, the column will have b only and no value should come for the corresponding rows. I am attaching the excel file in which Sheet1 have the Data and Output sheet have the desired output.

Hi @ferha_jafri ,

if I got you right, you want to keep only the first entry in the Index field, if this is "b" and remove all others.

There are different ways to do this (e.g. you could use a Multi-Row Formula tool. I would use Filter and Sample tools to find only the rows fulfilling your condition and join these rows to the input data.

I've also attached a sample workflow. Let me know if it works for you.
