Configuration panel not displaying on admin sever console

I know this might be a very easy question but it has caused me a lot stress for past four days and will appreciate any contribution.

I couldnt find Configuration pane on admin console as shown below;

This is what I currently have, no configuration pane as highlighted in the screenshot above.

What version is your Alteryx Server currently on? I am wondering if you are possibly on an earlier version prior to a UI change. I believe that the configuration tab came in 2020.2
