Version Ugrade from 2019.2 to 2021.2

Question

Does anyone performed alteryx version Ugrade from 2019.2 to 2021.2.

Will, it good to do this direct version upgrade or not? is there anything to take care of to avoid issues after upgradation

We are facing the following issues after Server Version Upgrade to 2021.2 from 2020.2

we are pointing same Mongo DB folder after the version upgrade

* Search Workflow in the gallery and open workflow as per search in a designer is not working
* user authentication is failing to access gallery over browser. the user session is failing in the browser for gallery

I successfully upgraded from 2019.4 to 2021.2, with no apparent issues.

I suspect you'll find similar success with 2019.2 to 2021.2.
