conditional replacing data in multiple cells

Hi

New and learning so sorry if this is too easy 🙂

I have a set of data and one column marks whether or not a record is confidential.

I want to release most of the data but for rows marked confidential I want to overwrite some cells in that row with the text "withheld".

Any advice on best tool or formulae very welcome.
