Had a problem in converting Power quire text file

Had an issue with Converting 
Tried the below workflow but not worked out for me

*  Comparing worked hours with schedule 
* If X took any vto in between the schedule then adjusting the actual puncheswith VTO-adjust punch in & VTO-adjust punch Out

* then finding worked hours = Scheduled hours 
* then Worked regular hours = hours actual worked 
* then need to check whether AA used vto or not

Expected to get the same output as per the sheet I got different output which is incorrect
