Change column name based on field values

Question

Hi there, Could you please help me out with the mechanism of dynamically changing the Column header name of Amt?

It should be like if Key is KK then Column Name should be Amt KK.

How should the data ultimately look?  Something like the below? I think a cross tab and a dynamic rename to have a prefix of Amt should work
