Creating a Pivot table in a new sheet

Hi all,

Is there a method to create a pivot table in a new spreadsheet using alteryx ?

The outcome that I would hope to achieve would be that the pivot is in a new sheet, with the filters as column A, Row as Column B and Values as the count of column B.

Would it be possible for such an output ?

Hi,

You can achieve similar table using Summarize tool: choose columns for grouping and another one as count.

The one thing which is not available here is filtering the table, but above Summary tool will provide you table with sorted values if it meets your expectation. You can also use Filter tool but this will filter your values, and you will probably need to use it several times for each table separate.

To save it in new sheet please use Output tool with 3.Output option; Create new sheet.
